Refund Policy

1. Live & Recorded Courses: Once enrolled, fees for online live and recorded courses are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Test Series & Study Material: Payments made for test series, books, or printed study materials are non-refundable.
3. Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties that prevent access to purchased content, please contact our support team within 48 hours for resolution.
4. Duplicate Payment: In case of a duplicate transaction, the excess amount will be refunded within 7-10 business days after verification.
5. Exceptional Cases: Refund requests due to genuine reasons (such as accidental payment or incorrect course selection) may be considered at IFAS Online’s discretion. The request must be raised within 24 hours of purchase.

Cancellation Policy

• IFAS Online reserves the right to cancel a course or service due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be processed.
• Users cannot cancel subscriptions after activation.
